Pork Burger

Red onion and herb burger with apple sauce on soft white roll…

Preparation time: 20 minutes. 25 minutes Cooking.

Serves: 6 people.

800g Minced Pork
120g Fine Diced Red Onion
20g Chopped Parsley
12g Chopped Sage
6g Chopped Rosemary
10g Salt
6g Cracked Black Pepper
6g Lemon Zest
10g Clear Honey
4g Worcestershire Sauce
6 Soft White Rolls
1 Jar of Apple Sauce

  1. Measure all the ingredients into a bowl and mix.
  2. Divide the Burger mixture into 6 even balls. Shape into burger patties and place into the fridge to Chill.
  3. Cut the rolls in half and toast, place to one side. Take the burgers out of the fridge and cook under a medium grill for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. Place a burger on each roll and smother in apple sauce, put the lid back on and serve with a nice seasonal salad and some thick cut Crisps.
