Wiltshire Cured Gammon Joint
Roasted and glazed with a tomato and chilli chutney…
1 x Un-smoked Wiltshire Cure Roasting gammon joint
1 x Jar Tom and Chilli Chutney
- Cook the Gammon as per the on pack cooking instructions – now here comes the Twist.
- Once the joint has cooked for the prescribed time with the foil loosely covering the joint. Remove the foil and cut about 4-5 Incisions into the top of the joint, now coat the gammon with the Chutney and cook for the remaining 15 minutes, If the chutney needs to be spooned back onto the joint do so after 5 – 10 minutes.
- Once the joint is fully cooked and the chutney has gone all sticky remove from the roasting tin and spoon any remaining chutney back over the top of the joint, allow to rest for 15 – 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
